Hello everyone. After doing some digging. I found a video YouTube that showed us how to reduce input lag substantially.
In sound select x-audio 2
Set sound latency to 3. This is super important.
Set sound synchronization to none.
In game go to options then sound settings change timer to +15 or until everything times correctly with music and arrows.
Also if your TV has game mode
I highly suggest you turn on that feature manually and keep it on at all times
