DMC3SE Error with PAL deinterlace

Notice letters and eyes. However, even without letters, gameplay is much more "soapy" then NTSC counterpart. Which is sad, because I actually want to try PAL for higher resolution and different frame-timings. How can I fix this, if it's possible on my side?

1. Adaptive deinterlace fails both for top first and bottom first lines.
2. Same for weave.
3. Blend is soapy to unplayable borders.
4. Bob is shaky and drops quality.
5. No interlace patch switches to NTSC (and drops quality of native resolution, don't want to mess with upscale shenanigans), which is lose of whole point.
