Still the best solution to use a ds4 controller with anything (including pcsx2)
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
Still having an issue with it constantly wanting to reconnect when it's plugged in and fully charged, bluetooth can be kinda shotty most times, so having a wired connection is useful.
Can you please fix the wired connection issues? I never ever have issues when I'm wired and playing from steam with the gamepad config, never disconnected. But this program cannot be used when it is wired, it just constantly disconnects every single time I plug the controller in. It's a brand new controller, no loose connection. Considering transferring this game and account to steam just so I don't have to use this program...

J2K gave up support long ago.
You'd better off using steam or Ryochan's Ds4windows fork

I love the dualshock and gyro aiming on pc! Thanks for your work on ds4windows!

Unfortunately I have a problem with Doom Eternal via the bethesda launcher: the game does recognise the presence of a controller and offers to press A, but no presses get passed through. Is there something I can do to fix this?
Hello fellas.
Like all of you, I want to play pc games with my PS4 controller.
This little program seemed to be the remedy, but I am having issues connecting my DS4 with bluetooth.
Everything works with the usb cable, exept I can not change the color of the led.
When I try to connect via bluetooth, following the instructions, the controller connects for a second, I see it connected via bluetooth in the DS4W program, but after a secont it disconnects and disappears. Then recconects and disconnects and it repeats forever untill I switch off the controller. Here is what happens in the log file:
08/29/2020 03:40:54: Found Controller: 20:19:09:19:8A:3B (BT) (DS4 v.1)
08/29/2020 03:40:54: Plugging in virtual X360 Controller
08/29/2020 03:40:54: Associate X360 Controller for input DS4 #1
08/29/2020 03:40:54: Controller 1 is using Profile "Default"
08/29/2020 03:40:54: 20:19:09:19:8A:3B switching over to accept PC-friendly data packets in BT mode
08/29/2020 03:40:54: Disassociate X360 Controller for input DS4 #1
08/29/2020 03:40:54: Unplugging virtual X360 Controller
08/29/2020 03:40:54: Controller 1 was removed or lost connection. Charge the battery

and it repeats all over.
Just to mention that the controller is fully charged. Via usb it shows 72+%.
Any ideas what could be the problem?
I too am having this connection problem listed above my reply. Just started after the newest update (8/29/20), looking for a solution. Also, my ds4windows NEVER saves my changes like light bar settings and when to disconnect from bluetooth. No matter what i do everytime i use the program i have to change these settings back to what they were, it never remembers my settings.

This forum, as far as I could tell, is now for Ryochan's version, which is what I'm using. There's a link from the program that takes me to the main site, at the bottom is a link to this forum, right next to it is contact link to Ryochan's email. I can't use Steam if the game isn't/won't be linked to Steam.
Of course you can. Just add pcsx2 as non-steam game
