Strange.. The EU version works fine, albiet slow (possibly needs the 4gb patch). Did you change the VU settings as to the above test? (although EU version works with MVU)

Edit: Strange turn of events, this game NEEDS the MTVU speedhack

Must just be the weird EU version Maybe it works with MTVU if you have MicroVU enabled, but if you don't it only works with superVU.

and you forget to point out the game looks like crap in HW mode but fine in SW and might need the 4gb patch.
