DVDs?

ok, so I decided I'd give something kinda odd a shot, I popped in a DVD movie and got this screen:

any ideas as to why that showed up?

Could be because PCSX2 doesn't play DVDs.

after seeing this i thought i'd try something odd too Tongue
i decided to test playing an audio cd and look it works Laugh

       

just one thing pcsx2 would spew this error message would like every 2-3 seconds Mellow (in yellow coloring)

IOP Unknown 8bit write to addr 0x1f402009 = 0x0
and also the audio would be like skipping and some songs would have some noise in them (maybe bcuz my cd's were kindof scratched Unsure )

Since around 0.9.2 audio CDs have worked, IIRC. May have been earlier even.
And Luis, do you really plan to use VU Cycle Stealing at a constant max? There are only 2-3 games that perform positively with that, nearly everything else is broken.
