Figured as much for tessellation as I recall the Vu's did most of the geometry work. Some demented soul could try to hack together some code to make the Vu's run on the GPU but that just sounds like I'd rather have someone stick a red hot needle in my eye repeatedly especially with the Present state of GPGPU.

I'm kinda surprised the GS isn't passed any geometry at all though as you'd think it'd need it for lighting unless that is also handled by the Vu's.

Only thing I can think of using compute shaders for at the moment is MLAA or some form of screen space AA like that used in GoWIII and Sabatuer.
