DX9 Web Installer had to be run as admin on Win XP

Just to let folks know that I couldn't get the DX9 web installer to work until I chose to run it as Administrator on Win XP. This may have something to do with my security settings.
(Right click on the web installer and chose Run As..., then choose Administrator and type in your password)

After that, and doing some setting up I got pcsx2 running quite nicely. Thank you all for you work- best emulator I have seen, for any games machine.

Windows XP runs programs as administrator by default if the current user is in admin groups.

You are probably using a Standard Account. Anyways, the Web Installer never worked for me. I had to use the DirectX Redistributable's Package.
