Hi, just checking in for a friend.

He is thinking of buying the new Acer Timeline X.

Do you think it will be able to emulate these two games smoothly?

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Processor: Intel Core i5 (i5 - 2450M, 2.50 GHz, 3 MB)
GFX: nVIDIA GeForce GT 540M 2 GB
RAM: 4 GB DDR3 SDRAM

That should handle those games.

Shouldn't even need too much for Speedhacks,
or very low resolutions.

best to try it..
for kh2 it's already enough for your laptop.
for DC2 on some terrains there is some slight slowdowns.

don't expect run best on batteries.

Hmm okay I'll give it a shot, thanks . While we're on the same page, would anyone be able to recommend a laptop under $1300 that would be able to run DC2 full stop?

The one like yours will do fine, or get the i7 one, DC2 run pretty well on later pcsx2.
