Oh woops, i meant ivy bridge for the 1600mhz fsb on the mobo i suggested. My mistake.

And i think it's a mistake adding so many fans to the case. Besides limiting your available space inside the case, you're gonna make it a box of noise and air currents. Surely it will help keeping the computer cool but unless you pull some magic money out of your wallet, nothing you put in there will warrant 5 fans working at the same time Tongue
One on the front and one on the back should be enough to do the job, and with the i5 working full time on a stock cooler, believe me you won't go above 60C easily.

You won't get the overclocking features though.

As long as it can handle the 3570k i5 and a AMD HD 7870 it should be fine. Smile

You will be happy with that 7870. I don't know about how powercolor's version stacks up, but my HIS IceQ edition runs cold and fast.

Not sure what you're referring to, but on that page is clearly states that the H61M-DGS supports K-type Intel CPUs, so the overclocking is possible Tongue
It supports both 2nd and 3rd gen CPUs too so there's not an issue there either.

Considering the ability of the specs of the computer. I don't know if I would need the overclocking but I wouldn't know yet. A little information about the fans. I would have to look around at other mobo's to see what's available.

It would have one 180mm fan on the front, and another on the back.
I would then have the two 80mm fans that my current computer has along with a heat sink, and then another two 80mm blue LED fans. Do you think I should get rid of two 80mm's?

It's always good to keep an option like overclocking available for later on down the line.

More fans is always better, IF you have them set up properly intake/outtake wise.

The 80mm fans are quite noisy. The smaller a fan gets, the higher RPM it needs to output satisfactory airflow, and the noisier it gets.
That being said, you probably bought them on a whim because of the led lighting Tongue

I'll make sure to check that my brother (Who will be building my new system) tests the system for noise on the fans, to see if he needs to remove any.
