This is specifically at the end of the level "Devil's Belly Mine" going into the next level (which I believe is "Darkwatch Outpost").
There are two similar issues reported on the Darkwatch wiki page but for other levels, the solution for those don't work.
I am on PCSX2 nightly v1.7.4085 and bios SCPH-70012_BIOS_V12_USA_200. No settings have been changed from the default.
