Dead zone support for crappy/old controllers?

I looked around in the configuration settings, but is there a dead zone setting for analog sticks in the config menu somewhere? My old 360 controller always slightly pushes upwards a little bit on the right analog stick.

There is a "dead zone" slider in the LilyPad settings where you configure the keys
