Download PCSX2, bump BIOS from your PS2, RIP your game and your should be done. See, easy

Try creating an iso using imgburn.

use native resolution in gsdx (if it gives you more fps then that was the main problem if fps dont change you can put it back to where it was) in advanced settings put both clamp modes to NONE (this maybe doesnt work but if it does it will give some speed) also use speedhacks (not all of them, only the ones that will give you speed, the less the better)

done it all the game is fast the sounds is kinda creepy but doesnt really matter but still i cant load in a match it always stuck at the loading screen and stop
