Bilinear (Forced) works for some blocky borders.
"Sprite: Half" HW hack works well for the black vertical lines on the sky when upscaling.


Looks playable for me, couldn't tell what I'm doing but I won a couple of the "Driver's Work"
Super blurry due to interlacing.
