Put it in PCSX2/plugins directory.

If you installed PCSX2 that's in Program Files, else it's wherever you put it.

Then go to config->Plugin bios selector, to dev9 again, and select the new plugin.

Yeah that means... something.

I'm not sure at this point. I know when you get that error with the graphics plugins it's because your CPU doesn't support the extension. I'm not sure what it means with the netplay plugin.

At this point, I'm stuck. Hopefully someone else knows.

If you go config->dev9->plugin settings, is there stuff in there?

I've never used this at all so I'm getting lost lol.
