please provide your emulog and GSDX plugin settings , is the issue resolved when you press F9 ?

I can tell you now it is Tongue OpenGL in the newest builds looks much better, you can also try skipdraw 5 or 6 (can't remember which) but it will cause other glitches.

as an alternative, you could try the Opengl (hardware mode) which was suggested by ref to get even better rendering with a decent internal resolution. http://pcsx2.net/download/development/git.html
