I've done that multiple times. I even tried an older version of pcsx2. They always lock up on me and windows closes the program. I have wincap. I have all the necessary software and my laptop's spec exceed the minimum requirements. I'm stumped and not sure what to do.
Correction. I can't edit or change my network card in the configuration because when I select the plugin and click apply it locks up. Then windows 7 shuts down the program.
Here is the error I can read inside the Dev9gig plugin when I open it. Please note I have made sure that my C++ runtime is up to date. The computer is only 3 weeks old and it's a gaming laptop.
