Can somebody give me a working download link for the Dev9 Gigaherz Plugin to play Gran Turismo 4 LAN Mode? All the links I've found are not working

0.9.4 is not good, it's been severely outclassed, it's compatibility was pretty poor and performance wasn't great either. It was objectively a worse experience.

To play Gran Turismo 4 in LAN mode using PCSX2, you'll need a DEV9 plugin to enable network functionality. While the original Dev9 Gigaherz Plugin (version 0.4.0) is outdated and may be difficult to find, a more recent and actively maintained alternative is the CLR-DEV9 plugin.
