I have PCSX2 1.0.0 , WinPCap 4.1.3 , windip,
the bios is Sony PlayStation 2 BIOS (E)(v2.0)(2004-11-04)[SCPH50003]

when i try to apply the Dev9giga-razi.dll the application crash Excl......

what did i do wrong?

It appears not to work on that version, I had the same problem, try downloading the on of the svn releases instead Wink
