ATI Radeon HD 4670
Plugins Used:
spu2-x-r3878
gsdx-sse2-r3878
lilypad
what can I do?

PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings? What do the EE/GS% numbers in the title bar of the game window say?

use native resolution..
on my laptop it runs around 4+fps to 60fps(11+fps if no frame limiter)
owh and that is not on speedhacks..
i think u should post ur settings cause it might be messed up..

Allow 8-bit textures should be off in most game as it can bring slowdown and break games..
did u try disabling those speedhacks...
enabling all could get games to work slower..
just enable the recommended one for starter..
i don't use speedhacks and it works fine..
ur CPU is much MORE superior than me except for the clock speed at 2.2GHz which is pretty slow..
OC it a bit and see if that helps[if you don't know how to OC then forget it]
its ur CPU that's holding u back..
EE is CPU and GS is GPU..

I know how to Overclock but usually when I do it, it just dont works... I tried without speedhacks, 30 fps, thanks for advice, I can change my processor to Amd Phenom II as far as I know on this motherboard, so I'll do it when I earn some cash.
I've got overclocking settings in bios. currently all set to auto, but maybe I can configure it properly with Ur little help
Settings are like this in advanced mode:
CPU Clock Ratio
CPU Northbridge frequency
CPU Host Clock Control
Set Memory Clock
System Voltage Control
CPU Voltage Control
DDR2 Voltage Control
Northbridge Volt Control
Southbridge Volt Control

search around google..
if ur planning to buy a new cpu just bear with it for the time being..
Right OC = GOOD SPEED
BAD OC = CPU burnt, mobo burnt, hole in your pocket is also burnt..
My Motherboard is made for OC it has much precautions to not get burned CPU etc. I'll try on google but I hope that still someone from here will help me out.
