I only get the Capcom screen and then nothing.

I have got a NTSC version of Devil May Cry.

Also can someone tell me how to configure it properly.

Turn speed hacks off, and make sure your not trying to start the game via start-> execute.

Ticked off all the dialog boxes in speed hacks.

This is the first game I am trying to run on pcsx2.

Can you tell me what plug ins are required to play the game properly.

My config is:
Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.53 Ghz
2x1GB ddr2 @ 800 Mhz
Palit 9600 GT 512 VRAM
O.S.: Windows XP SP2
Direct X 9.0c updated as per November 2008.

Sorry for the double post.

I have managerd to run the game. But, it is lagging like hell.

These are the plugins that got the game to work:
Gsdx (MSVC 15.00, SSSE3) 0.1.7 <-Graphic plugin
ZeroSPU2 0.4.6 <-Audio plugin
Linuzappz Iso CDVD 0.7.0 <- CDvdrom plugin

Can other plugins be used for better performance or can you post optimum settings for the above plugins? I have mentioned my system config above.

Come on guys can no one help me.
I am able to run DMC 2 both dante and lucia smoothly.
Using graphic plugin ZeroGS KOSMOS 0.97.0 AA 2X Bilinear filtering.

What should I do for devil may cry 1?

Use the latest GSdx,what you have is outdated.Plus just because you were able to play DMC2 does not mean DMC1 will work as well as 2 did.Your PC is not considered high end for the requirements PCSX2 has
