Devil May Cry 3 slowdowns problem in some locations

Still get slow downs during certain parts in the game. I don't know if its my hardware not being able to take it or im not running the proper settings.

Got a slow down during Agni and Rudra fight and other portions before the fight like the entranceway until I got down to a single enemy and the area where you install the lightning rod
