Devil May Cry Full Speed On Low-End PC's
#1
Guys i notice the latest version of pcsx2 (PCSX2 SVN 5530) that this game runs fast on my pc rig, we already know that the MTVU Option on Speedhack tab is for 3+ cores but my pc is Dual-Core so it doesn't work on dual-core pc right? but this game rocks when I toggle it, It gives me Full Speed all the time just try it if you have the game and I finish already the game without problem, I hope this thread helps to all who wants to play Devil May Cry.

Here is the proof:

CPU/Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 255 3.1GHz
Graphic Card:1GB Nvidia GeForce 9400GT

I gave it a try and it does seem to give a boost, so thanks for the tip.

Still, you should really upgrade to Windows 7. Windows 7 makes Windows XP look like Windows 95.

If we can read description, cursor pointed to this thing ,we can see
"may be slowdown " maybe a keyword hereHappy

this is not a secret. dmc is running everything tighly synced. mtvu breaks that timing on the main thread running the vu "out of time" or async on what is left to compute on the other threads.

I thought 2GB of RAM was the requirement for Windows 7, just so you know.
