Different Config options

Hey all! I'm very new to the PCSX2 Emulator and I have a question that I'm sure everyone has a very simple answer to.

I noticed when watching other people's videos that they seem to have more options under their config, mainly the "plugin/bios selector" (see attached screenshots for comparison), while my settings seem to be more limited. Is it the fact that I have a dev build installation, or did I simply select something wrong for plugins during the installation, or something else entirely.

We got rid of plugins in this development cycle, so there are no longer plugin settings, and other menus have been renamed/shuffled around to accommodate.
