Different games different BIOS

Hi I have different BIOS and there are games that I have that asked for a different BIOS. When I switch BIOS the game asks to format the memcard. Can I play with different games with different BIOS without formatting the memcard? Thank you in advance. Games are Def Jam Fight for NY (Europe) and God of War 2 (USA)

just use the bios coming from your real PS2 console for any game you use under pcsx2.
It'll work fine this way.

If you remember correctly, those games asked you to format the memcard the first time you played them on your ps2.
It's the same with pcsx2

You don't need a different BIOS to load games from a different region, you just use fast boot.

I hope you own the console from that other region.
