Digital Devil Saga Motion Blur/Ghosting

Hello everyone and thank you in advanced for taking the time to look at my post.

I wanted to play my copy of DDS again in anticipation for the new DDS game coming out. However the game has an intense amount of motion blur and ghosting that hurts my head honestly and I've pursued the forums for about 2 days before posting this looking for a fix.

Specs:
RX 580 8G
Ryzen 5 [email protected]
16G [email protected]
SSD
Win 10 
PCSX2 latest github build

The game runs fine in 4k DX11. (However even at this resolution the game is still blurry even when not moving.)

I've tried these fixes to no avail:
Skipdraw 1-100
Aggressive CRC
OpenGL Hardware (This reduced it a bit, but its still there and it sacrificed a good bit of performance.)

What is this new DDS game you're talking about?

Anyway, use the custom plugin posted in this thread:

It's the only thing that works for me. However this plugin doesn't work on the current PCSX2 version, so get version 1.2.1 or below. Personally I still use version 1.0.0.

There's no new DDS incoming, only SMT type game that's being released is Shin Megami Tensei 5 for the switch.

Use a resolution multiplier instead of custom resolution. Since you're on an AMD GPU it's best to stick with DX11.
