I hope you aren't going to download and install this.... Personnally, testing an "MS product" you can't even find on MS website is more than a bad idea

If you ran that, now would be a very good time to reboot to safe mode and run MalwareBytes...
Problems? Try out the latest nightly build to stay on top of the latest updates and fixes.

what Directx 13 ?
The latest version of Directx is 12.x Download Directx, please go to Microsoft's official website
On Windows 10, you don't have to install DirectX, it is included in the OS itself. If you want more info on this just copy and past this in the search bar at the right of the Windows logo:
