Shadow of the colossus, metal gear 2 does not work for me in directx 11. These are games that I opened myself and made sure that they do not work correctly when rendering directx 11. And Resident Evil 4 runs fine on any new versions. Where can I write my suggestion for optimizing pcsx 2 on intel hd 4600?

That's not a suggestion we'd take seriously, so don't waste your time. Considering only you seem to having this issue (I've heard no other reports) I would suggest that you have an issue with either old/bad drivers or you're trying to put your resolution above native, which isn't something the 4600 would be able to do.

When I run the shadow of the colossus in DirectX 11 rendering, I get a black screen, then sound, but no image.

Exception. The shadow of the colossus can move at 60 frames per second. How did I know? When entering the game, I switched to software, after when the game was fully launched, I switched to directx 11, everything kept about 60 fps, but if I did something wrong inside the game, the emulator crashed.
