Trying to help a friend out and they're going crazy.
Just wondering if someone else had a similar problem.
They're using a amd athlon 64 x2 dual core processor 5000 and 9500gt.
When starting up the program, it'll ask for the directx update. When they try to do it, they'll get a
「An internal system error occurred.
Please refer to DXerror.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to determine problem.」
message.
has anyone dealt with this before or found a way to solve this? I figure it's directly correlated to the failure of the GS plugin but I don't know how to help them with this now. Everything updated for me perfectly.
