Pcsx2 version? Plugins and configuration? Settings?
Tried disabled speedhacks? Cause speedhacks tends to randomly crash and freeze the emulator.

they are not normal but there is no way to remove them cause the emulator needs more work on it probably. ofc if you use software d3d everything will work the way it must but your fps will go down by allot. i also get them with any version of the emulator including the latest svn's.
edit: also i hope u use d3d10 now...

The software mode should fix the textures but as iakoboss7 said, your fps ingame will drop a lot.
