Disable Framelimiting no longer working properly

i have been using this for a few days to speed up load times but now i notice it does not work if the window is selected i have also tried reinstalling and it is still doing the same

Apparently,it still says the speed is arou d 300%, means it actually works

Hmm I had that happen to me the other day, but only if I have a youtube video playing in the background.
