Disable fast boot issue

Just recently updated to version 2, I just disabled fast boot but it just took me into browser mode. Even if I selected the Playstation 2 disc, it also just took me back to browser. In prior version if I select boot from CDVD (full), it will boot up the bios animation and enter the game. Now unless I toggle fast boot, I can't enter the game at all. 

Any help please?

Is your game region doesn't match with your BIOS?
PCSX2 won't be able to do a full boot with PAL games on NTSC bios and vice-versa.

That's it. I choose the wrong BIOS, I changed the BIOS and now it can do full boot. Thanks.
