Disabling BGM in FFX

I was wondering if it's possible to disable the bgm somehow with a hack or whatever, since there's no in-game setting for it and I would rather listen to something else other than the default battle theme for the 48234th time.

no i dont believe there is any specific setting that would just not play the bgm.

No hack available that I'm aware of.

You could turn off your speakers or purchase the soundtrack if you want some different music in the game.

or just mute pcsx2 through the audio settings and then go listen to a song ;D
