Disabling all hotkeys and device input when not in focus

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!!!!

I have a quick question. How do you disable all hotkeys and device inputs from PCSX2 when it's not in focus and running in the background? The gamepad portion isn't so important but the disabling hotkeys(F1, F2, etc) is. I'd hate to accidentally have something pressed while running the emu in the background.

The hotkeys don't work when the game window is not active and there is no special option to change that.

The controls can be accepted only if you enable an option from lilypad(which is disabled by default)
