Do i need to Modify my Rig for this game?

Hello all.

Its Smackdown- Here comes the pain.
and i know what you guys might be thinking, its a way too old game,
but My younger bro and cousins love playing it!
And also new Raw Vs. Smackdown which releases every year.

I need to know if i have to modify my PC for this old game?
Do i need to OC my CPU or GPU for it?
1024 * 768 Res is enough for me.
