Is it the cause of my sudden slow down? When I play KH2, I notice that when its crowded, it slowing down and laggy.. O is it that my setting is wrong??

Update:
I think I know why it slowing down. When play, I open Jdownloader. I close all my application already, but I forgot that my JD still running.
When I close the JD, it speed up and not too laggy.. but still slowing down (when fighting or in crowd). But that's ok I guess... for now..

And also, I try playing Mana Khemia and I get cut half problem (I attach the screen shoot)
And I guess its not from how it is since the developers logo all cut in half like that. But after the start menu, all fine.. jus lil' slow down here and there Is it because the iso or something wrong with my setting??
