Do ratchet and clank games work now?
#1
Years ago i tried to play ratchet and clank on the emulator but it never worked properly. I always had lags and the textures were always weird, but i read that those errors occur because of the programming of the game and not because of my pc, so i wanted to ask here if it is now possible to play the game properly.

Not true.
The games work but require a very fast CPU for the software renderer.
A current Intel with about 4Ghz will be fine.

it's possible even with a g3258 oced above 4ghz which runs it well, take a look at my sig if you are planning to build a new pcsx2 build for a lowbudget.

He have the same PC from years ago, and there was no strong enough CPU back then.

Just because it requires a fast cpu, there is no reason to say it's not playable. I was literally just playing it on my desktop at full speed. I found it not only playable, but incredibly enjoyable
