why do you need them, as i remember they are bugged and break some games

Because they are the only ones that can play Growlanser 2 without freezing.

Does anybody know where can I download them?

Look up the compilation guide. Follow all of the steps except when you use "Tortiose SVN" to download the source, instead of using "HEAD revision" use "Revision" and type in one of those revision numbers.

Well we dont support unofficial builds here and that includes links to them, so it's either that "lot of work" or find pcsx2 builds using google but you cant expect support with them here tho.
