Does anyone know where the Hardware Fixes tab is?

I'm trying to fix the black lines at the right of DQ8 and was recommended to mess with "Skip Draw", but the "Hardware Fixes" and "Upscaling Fixes" tabs between "Rendering" and "Texture Replacement" are missing. I'm using the latest updated dev build.

it's a per game setting, enable manual hardware fixes

I found it but when I turn it on, it just crashes the emulator

I restarted my computer and it fixed it! No worries.
