Is there a correct place to donate to the project? http://forums.pcsx2.net/donate.php isn't working. If this is no longer supposed to be the donate page, it should be removed.

I'm afraid there is no longer a way to Donate, PayPal closed our account because we were "selling illegal goods". Unfortunately PayPal is run by idiots who don't have a clue what they're talking about Sad

Assuming you can't open your own merchant account, and the amount of donations are worth it.

Considering you have a billion dollars in your bank account, if you give them half, or half of a percent of this, I don't think anyone would consider this as exploiting them Smile

That's strange. Did somebody report your account? If there are a lot of chargebacks filed against you, your account will most likely be suspended/closed, but I doubt that PayPal proactively checks individual accounts.
