Dragon Ball Z BT3 gameplay issues

ive been using the psx2 emulator 1.4.0 and playing around with the config. settings and watching various youtube videos to see which settings are the best for psx2 and its working. However on Dragon ball Z BT3 everything is pretty decent (not the greatest speed around 70%-80% pending on what part of the select menus you are on) but the actually battling is extremely slow (around 18%-21%) and my pc is a windows 10 so i'm abit confused on why its running so slow.

My specs(i might be missing a few things since im not a complete expert on this kinda stuff):

Processor: intel® celeron® CPU J3060 @ 1.600Hz  1.60 GHz
system type: 64 bit, x64-based processor
version:1607
graphics card:Intel HD Graphics

so if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

That CPU is WAY too weak for PCSX2. You're better off playing it on your original PS2.

PCSX2 requires an STP (Single Thread Performance) of at least 1600+ nowadays, yours is at 553.
