you will get slow preformances.

Your CPU is quite slow and your GPU is crap.

Get a descent laptop to play pcsx2
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

That GPU truly is crap,
i had one of thoes on my old PC.
I say get a new one or play it on your Ps2.
no matter what you do, you won't get good speed on most games,
at least not something as heavy as Tenkaichi 3.
The CPU isn't quite as bad, but it's not cut out for that kind of game.

Of course i may be wrong, but at first glance that's what i see.

if you want to play pcsx2 on a laptop get one with a better GPU.
Intel/Intel GMA are just wannabe graphic chips they eat your ram for video memory and also fry very easily (a friend of mine recently fried one).

And 2 GHZ is very slow for a demandng game like DBZBT3, you could try running less demanding games (usually 2D games)

Try it with a resolution off 320x320. If you want to play it badly, than the lowered resolution shouldn't bother you. I've got a P7350(2.0GHz) and a Radeon 3470 in my lappy and with the lowered res it runs the game at max speed. Though I admit, that I've no idea if that Intel card can handle it even if you lower the resolution.

Also the emu might crash if you lower the resolution below native.
