With no frame skipping it`s ok for me but slow 33-40fps...but for frameskipping i have to use 1.10 frameskip mod...but problem is still there...maybe gsdx 0.1.5 with frameskip mod? or other ver that will tolerate frameskip

my specs:
Core 2 Duo 1.88ghz E4300
Nvidia Ge Force 7600 GS
1GB ram

ps.very low-end,but with frameskip i feel like its 60 fps...great...but dark!

7600gs is a low card, but the game doesn't run at 60fps as fs as I've noticed, I run mine on my 8600 at 40 and when I play on the PS3 with my brother it's the same speed, I notice 0 difference

But i meant it feeling like 60 fps (so i meant full speed) with frameskip, without it i get 33-40 fps and it` so slow...

well, no issues for me on dx10 vista, but let me try something else for you:

post windowed DX9 hardware ps3.0 (I'm not at my pc to make the file) and I'll try modifing the Ini some for you to see if it will work (no promises though, use latest as well)
and just the settings, don't attach the ini itself

just set up gsdx for hardware ps3 windowed mode. the ini edits itself when you hit ok
