Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 FPS Drop

So I'm playing the game off of a CD (might this be the problem?) and everything is running smoothly, UNTIL the Majin buu saga's Conclusion fight, when I try to switch Good Majin Buu to Hercule the FPS drops to .10-ish, what's the problem?

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Okay! Does that happens every-time you try to switch characters or it is specific to that part. What about the rest of the storymode? You get 60 fps.

Also, any change in the EE/GS%.
Try these :-

• Use ISO. (make it using Imgburn)
  
• Change the Round mode to Nearest and Clamp Mode to None in Both EE and VU's section.
  
• Use Speedhacks : All the Reccomended ones and EE Cyclerate to 2 and VU Cycle Stealing to 1
  
• Change Windows Power Plan to High Performance : Important

Okay, I'll try all that, it happens only in that part, it doesn't happen when I change characters during any other game mode or part of the story.

Operating System = Microsoft Windows 7, 32-bit
Physical RAM = 2037 MB
CPU name = Intel® Core2®Duo CPU 3.20GHz , 3.19GHz
Vendor/Model = GenuineIntel (stepping 03)
CPU speed = 3.188 ghz (2 logical threads)
Grapghic Card = Nvidia Geforce 410M (768 MB)

And DBZ BUDOKAI TENKAICHI 2 and 3 running at 35-40 fps.
For me 35-40 is GREAT!
