Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 Fast Pronunciation but Slow Gameplay

Hi guys!!

First of all my name is Himanshu and this is my first thread

My problem is whenever i run PCSX2 and run DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3, The Pronunciation is that fast that i can't get!!!Really they speak VERY FAST.Not Normal.And always my gameplay is slow.When powering up it is not good gameplay.Just slow.

My config:

Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 2.80GHz
4GB DDR2 RAM
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5670 512MB
500GB HDD
Windows 7 Ultimate x64-bit
Samsung SyncMaster 933 19" inch LCD

Please help me solving this problem!!

Hey guys i tried to selected "limit" in CPU configuration and everything was alright except screen flickers....

use Gsdx 1.13 for screen flickering

i want to tell you about my problem that when i run dbz bt3 on pcsx2.0.9.7 it is too slow that i am not able to play it properly i want to know what are the minimum requirements for this game
