Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 sudden fps drop

Hi, I recently downloaded Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 for PCSX2 and it runs perfectly with about 60FPS in game but whenever I but whenever I play Dragon World Tour mode I get a sudden FPS drop and it starts playing in slow motion and then goes back to normal when the round is over, and again all the other mods work e.g. story, training etc but it's just when I play Dragon World Tour, does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
