How do i prevent this?
here are my pc specs
they are bad i know
but there must be a way to make it at least better or lower graphics to make it run smooth

your pc is just simply too slow. also your GPU is internal (on the mobo) and that doesn't help either. I get major slowdowns on my 2.2. and pcsx2 cannot use more than 2 cores at a time. TRY software mode and set threads to 3. it might show improvement, but I cannot say for sure

using the latest svn and enbling MTVU hack may give you a speedboost.
but don't expect miracles beacuase :
- 1.8ghz is low for pcsx2
- your GPU is low too

and where is the MTVU hack

The MTVU hack as said above is only in the SVN versions of PCSX2. Get one here:

But 1.8Ghz is low. For this Game 2.4 Ghz+ is a must. (Dual/Quad Core)
