Dragon Quest 8 (Text doesnt show, cutscenes freeze)
#1
Sad
Problem: None of the text bubbles show any text in it. The cut scene that appears after I randomly click to start the game with the castle plays for about 5 seconds then freezes and the sound loops infinitely.

Specs:
Intel® Core™ i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz
Microsoft Windows 7
GeForce GTX 560 Ti
8 GB ram

Solutions tried:
-Fiddled with almost every graphics setting
- Updated graphics drivers
- Looked up similar problems on this website

Please help me guys, really want to play this Sad

Also it is recommended to install PCSX2 to a non permission folder, like My Documents or on a different partition, there's a small permission bug in Windows 7 with some programs, that can give issues if you install them into Program Files Smile
