Dragon Quest VIII run slow on my computer?

Hi everyone, I have problem when run Dragon Quest VIII, it run slow, slow on my computer, only 30-50fps, cannot run full speed.

My PC spec: Intel Xeon X3210 2.13Ghz (OC to 3.2Ghz) - 4GB Ram - Nvidia 9800GT - Windows 7 Enterprise x64.

PCSX2 0.9.7.r3540 - compiled on Jul 20 2010
Savestate version: 0x8b470000

turn off Interlacing and try? you have sorta similar spec to me other then i have 6gb ram and i7 920 at 3.2ghz,

I have no speed hacks on everything is default settings on my end

Tho I had AA x4 on my end that cause the slow down soon as i turned AA off game ran full speed
