Do you have any AA enabled? If so, disable it. I have a 6970 and there are a few parts of the game I get minor slowdowns with 3x and no AA so this game is fairly demanding GPU wise.

Also check CCC to ensure there arent any overriding settings being used like AA, etc.

As stated earlier your computer isnt powerfull enough to run this game at full speed. you are gona have to drop the native res x4 anit gona happen at full speed 2x maybe 3x is more feasable.

i3 being one issue and the video card possible adding to issue.

Also that last thing you wana be doing is using MSAA or any sort with this game not with those specs Shader based FXAA you could probably get away with.

This game is heavy on the cpu/gpu and there big diffrence from i7 920@ stock and [email protected] compared to i3. you gona have drop the settings, get pc or play on the ps2 there is only somuch that can be done by hacks to speed things up, and vu/ee hacks will break things
