Dragon ball Z budokai Tenkaichi 3 FPS fix

My Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3(NTSC) game in Pcsx2 has a default Frames per second as 60FPS but on running the game it shows only 10fps...

My System Configuration is:

Intel Pentium 4 Processor
Transcend 2gb Ram 1600mhz
Intel Hd Graphics 4000

Can Anyone Plz Help Me...........

You don't have Intel HD 4000 with a P4. That cpu isn't going to cut it. Better to just play on your ps2 until you can get an upgrade.

He wouldn't have 2GB of DDR3 either, so it's not a P4. It's a Pentium line I'm sure. Could you please post the actual model and clock speed? if you click start right click on my computer and choose properties you'll see it
